SCHOOL SUPPLIERS® aim to please, and endeavour to rectify any errors or faulty goods as a matter of urgency, subject to the terms & conditions mentioned in this 'Returns & Refunds' policy.
You are able to change and amend your product order in your shopping cart up to the point at which you finalise your purchase in the final stage of the Express Checkout page. No products selected and placed in your cart or as part of your wish-list are viewed as ordered until the purchasing process is fully completed and payment is received. Alternatively, you are welcome to email us with your order or inquiry.
Your payment for the order constitutes agreement and acceptance of the 'Returns and Refunds' terms mentioned on this page.
For Textbook Orders - Please double-check your order before making payment to ensure that,
1. You have ordered the correct titles,
2. Your quantities are correct for each item, and
3. That you have made correct selection as to Hardcopy and/or Digital options. (Please contact us urgently if any changes are required once the order has been placed via the checkout process).
Upon receipt please inspect your purchase and notify us within 24 hrs if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

Returns or Exchanges on Textbook Orders
Returns or Exchanges on Furniture Orders
Much of the products we supply are made to order. Such items only qualify for a refund or exchange if the goods are materially faulty or if you have received the wrong product.
Please note that SCHOOL SUPPLIERS® will not refund original or return shipping costs, handling or insurance charges, or, if applicable, import or export duties or any other fees or charges imposed by any government agencies or officials whatsoever.
SCHOOL SUPPLIERS® reserves the right to inspect the condition and contents of any returned product/s and adjust refund amounts if applicable, according to the conditions described herein:
1. In the event you return only a portion of the product, your refund shall be reduced by the purchase price of the non-returned portion of the product and may be withheld pending the complete return of the product.
2. Refunds shall be reduced and may be withheld if returned products show evidence (as determined by SCHOOL SUPPLIERS®) of damage due to careless handling, improper re-packaging, transit or impact damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, acts of nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation, or repairs attempted where such repairs were made without SCHOOL SUPPLIERS® approval.
If applicable please retain your shipping information, including tracking numbers, until your request has been properly attended to.
Refunds on Returns
Please allow for at least 7 days to process your refund once it has been approved. The refund will only be credited to the original payment bank account. If you have an e-mail address we will send you confirmation of your refund.
Orders Returned After 10 Days
Orders returned later than 10 days after receipt of delivery will receive only a partial refund if applicable - the value of which to be determined at the sole and exclusive discretion of the SCHOOL SUPPLIERS® management team.
