We guarantee that all our products are as described, genuine, in new condition, and free from manufacturing defects.
If something does go wrong, we will act promptly to resolve it in line with this policy.
Our commitment is to provide you with exactly what you ordered. Your responsibility is to honor your order and complete the purchase once placed, making sure you have ordered the correct goods and quantities.
All orders with School Suppliers are binding. By placing an order and making payment, you confirm acceptance of the Policies & Terms found on our website.
Important Notes Before Ordering

Sales on made-to-order, imported, or special-order titles are final. This includes Cambridge International (CIE) titles, non-standard stock, and all items ordered “on request.” Upon confirmation of payment, the order becomes ‘firm’ and is placed on a "non-return-of-sale" basis.

All digital titles and e-books (including physical books with digital access) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once processed, even if access codes have not been used.
- Teacher Guides (digital or hardcopy) are ordered 'on request only' and are non-refundable.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods. Receiving the same item elsewhere sooner, or for reasons unrelated to the product itself, does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.

While we make every effort to deliver quickly, any lead time is a best estimate, and a confirmed delivery ETA can only be provided once your order is placed and in our queue.
When You Receive Your Order

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Notify us in writing via email within 48 hours if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
If Your Item is Defective

For textbooks, the remedy will be first right to replacement only, in line with the CPA.

If a replacement is not possible, a store credit or refund will be issued.
If Your Item is Not Defective

Return requests for wrongly ordered or non-defective textbooks may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of management.

Items must be in brand new, unused condition.

Textbooks may be exchanged for store credit only.

Books with dog-eared covers, physical damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
Return Process & Costs

All return requests are subject to approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted at our premises, and will be returned to the sender.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Return shipping costs for non-defective goods are the customer’s responsibility.

A minimum handling fee of 30% of the returned goods’ value is applicable.
Approved Refunds

Once approved, refunds take up to 7 business days to process.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

Card payment reversals are subject to the payment gateway’s timelines (eg. Stitch Express).

For EFT refunds, a valid bank account confirmation letter is required.
Return Requests After 7 Days

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery may qualify for a partial refund, if applicable and approved.

The refund value will be determined at the sole and exclusive discretion of School Suppliers management.
